Moscow Design Museum is a partner of the exhibition "Moscow Thaw: 1953 - 1968" at the Museum of Moscow.
"Moscow Thaw" - a part of a large-scale festival "Thaw", which brought together several leading museums and cultural venues of Moscow, including the State Tretyakov Gallery, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, and the Museum of Moscow.
The material culture of the "thaw" period is represented by exhibits from the collection of the Moscow Design Museum: furniture, tableware, home furnishings, household equipment. At the exhibition, which runs until the end of March, you can also see the works of painters, sculptors and filmmakers from 1950 -1960's.
